TripAdvisor has awarded Jersey War Tunnels with a Certificate of Excellence
Jersey War Tunnels has been awarded the prestigious Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor.
The hospitality review site has been awarding the Certificate of Excellence to hospitality businesses for eight years. Businesses are recognised for their delivery of consistent great customer service. Approximately 10% of the 8.4 million businesses listed on TripAdvisor have been recognised with this certificate.
Operations manager at Jersey War Tunnels, Kathy Bechelet, said: “We are delighted to have been recognised by TripAdvisor with the Certificate of Excellence. The team work hard to ensure that our customers have the best experience of the Tunnels, and we are pleased that their efforts have been recognised and shared by visitors on the site.
“We really value the opinions of our customers and welcome any feedback to improve the Jersey War Tunnels experience.”
There is no formal application process for the Certificate of Excellence, the achievement is earned over time. To qualify for this award a business must; maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five; have a minimum number of reviews and have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least twelve months.
To determine Certificate of Excellence recipients, TripAdvisor use a variety of user-generated content. Using an algorithm that primarily takes into account the quality, quantity of user reviews.
