The café
Upstairs in the café, the chef and his team create a wide range of fresh, high quality dishes. They bake a daily selection of cakes and pastries which complement the fresh coffee, tea and juices available. The café provides an excellent choice for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea, and it is here that you will find the Joe Mière Collection, the display of Occupation photographs and personal accounts that represent a lifetime's work.
